HTK FTC Demographic Survey
All teams are required to submit a completed demographic survey.
- Complete one form per team.
- Submit completed form at your first qualifier during check in.
Team Roster/Consent and Release
At your first qualifier, teams are required to submit EITHER
PROMOTE AND COMPASS VIDEO SUBMISSIONS
Videos must be submitted no later than the Monday preceding your qualifier. Videos must be submitted for EACH event in which your team would like to be considered.
Once you have submitted your video, please email Norm the following information:
- File Name
- Team Name & Number
- Contact information in the event we cannot access or view the video.
Videos submitted for the MN FTC State Championship must be submitted earlier, please check the State event page for details.
